A Simpler Way to Access Your Pharmacy Refill Services
We're making improvements to the way you access your online pharmacy refill account. Based on feedback from our patients, we are simplifying the sign-in experience to make managing your prescription refills easier and more convenient.
What's Changing?
Currently, you may access the pharmacy refill website and mobile app using Single Sign-On (SSO). Beginning Thursday, 10/15/26, Single Sign-On will be removed and replaced with a dedicated pharmacy account login.
Going forward, you will sign in directly to the pharmacy website or mobile app using a username and password that you create.
This change is designed to provide a more streamlined login experience and make it easier for you to access your prescription information whenever you need it.
When Is This Happening?
The new login process will be available Thursday, 10/15/26. Additional reminders will be sent as the transition date approaches.
What Should I Expect?
To continue using the pharmacy refill website or mobile app after the change:
You will need to create or reset a password for your pharmacy account.
Your existing Single Sign-On credentials will no longer be used to access the pharmacy refill application.
Once your password has been created, you will use your username and new password each time you log in to the pharmacy website or mobile app.
Your user account and settings will remain unchanged.

Sign in using your username and newly created password.
